1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

3. The Services

Amani AI is an AI-powered prayer companion that generates personalized prayers, reflections, and Bible verse suggestions based on the emotions and intentions you share, in English and Swahili. The Services include AI-generated content, voice dictation, prayer reminders, and related features.

• AI-generated content: Prayers and reflections are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for personal spiritual reflection. They are not a substitute for professional religious, medical, or mental health guidance.
• Voice features: When you use voice dictation, audio is processed to produce text as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Reminders: You control which notifications and reminders you receive.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers a free tier and, where available, premium features or subscriptions ("Premium"). Premium purchases are billed through the app store (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to the store's terms and billing policies. All purchases are final except as required by law or the applicable store's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the App's design, branding, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Zetustack Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the Amani AI name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent. Content you provide to the Services remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your circumstances. AI-generated prayers are suggestions for reflection, not guarantees of any spiritual, religious, or personal outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetustack Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zetustack Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party services (including AI providers and app stores). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6–14) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Kenya, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
